Back in the Air

A rare opportunity in these COVID times to see WW1AHT going about its business starting our BE2 and Albatros and flying the BE2 at our base in Stow Maries. Currency checks lead by Jean Michel Munn were held for for pilots, prop-swingers and ground handlers. A good day was had by all in perfect weather. The Albatros failed to start a second time but the fault has been rectified and it will be flown next weekend. Pse note Stow Maries is not yet open to the public – see for more information. We plan to be flying again next month. Our thanks to David Davies and Terry Dann for some of the photos
