In 2016, the WW1 Aviation Heritage Trust was invited by the British Government (DCMS) to represent both sides at the UK Commemoration of the Battle of the Somme by flying their BE 2 and Albatros DVa to Albert and thence to Thiepval.  Missing a French aircraft, David Bremner was invited to represent the Aviation Militaire in his Bristol Scout as its RNAS colours are similar to the French livery.  There were many challenges along the way.  If you would like to know more click on the link below
