WW1 Scout (Fighter) Development 1914-1915

£5.00

The first of 5 chat sessions occurring monthly from Oct 23 – Feb 23 discussing the evolution of the Scout (Fighter) during each year of the Great War. The first session will involve the aeroplanes that met each other over the skies of Europe in the brief war of manoeuvre in 1914. In 1915, the need to get at each other in the air saw the first turn of the handle with the Bristol Scout, the FE2b, and Eindecker arguable the first true fighter.  This session (Thur 13 Oct 1930 UK) will include pilots that have flown most of these aircraft that are still flying.
